After Côte d'Ivoire against Ghana on Thursday evening, the Stade de la Paix hosts Bouaké FC against AFAD on Sunday, in the opening round of the Ligue 1 LONACI season.

For the city, it is an unusually busy sporting week: two matches in the same stadium three days apart, with the whole hosting set-up assembled and taken down in between.
