IMPACT IA 2026: a demo session live from Latrille Events
0:07
Live from the Latrille Events hall in Deux Plateaux, during the second day of the national conference on artificial intelligence. The camera follows the demos as they come on stage: Ivorian teams show their product and explain why they built it the way they did, with voice as the main way in, several access channels, and a direct hook into day-to-day operations rather than a lab showcase. The live puts these presentations back in the frame of the conference, opened on 9 September by Prime Minister Robert Beugré Mambé and run by the ministry of digital transition and technological innovation. Three days of work produced a portfolio of 77 priority use cases (public administration, agriculture, health, education, services to citizens), a commitment pact signed by public and private players, and an Impact IA Declaration for 2026-2030. At the closing, minister Djibril Ouattara announced a costed roadmap within three weeks and made the case for digital sovereignty understood as the ability to understand and evolve the technologies in use. Ninety-six minutes on air, room sound included.
