Platform operator
Etudesk is a hosting and distribution platform for local content, operated by Etudesk SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of 1,334,000 FCFA, registered with the Abidjan RCCM under no. CI-ABJ-2016-B-14288, with its registered office at Résidences Aghien, Bloc A, Villa 8, Cocody II Plateaux, Abidjan (Côte d'Ivoire), represented by its management. Content is created and published by independent creators, who are its publishers and are responsible for it. Contact: hello@etudesk.com.
Hosting
The app and its data are hosted by secure cloud infrastructure providers, encrypted in transit and at rest. Some providers (hosting, sign-in codes, payment, artificial intelligence) are located outside ECOWAS, notably in Europe, the United States, Nigeria and Kenya: these transfers are covered by confidentiality and security contracts.
Terms of use
Etudesk is a free service that helps you discover the independent creators in your places and what they make, open from age 13. Content reflects the work and view of its authors: Etudesk does not write it and does not guarantee its accuracy. The Premium pass (7,500 FCFA, one month, one-off payment, no automatic renewal) unlocks the Etudesk analyst, higher quotas and reserved content. Etudesk is for your personal use: automated extraction of content, mass reproduction and circumventing the app's protections are prohibited. Programmatic access is available only through the official, paid API.
Personal data
Etudesk SAS processes your data under Ivorian law no. 2013-450 on personal data protection. We collect the minimum needed: your phone number or email, only to sign you in and secure your account; your language, country and interests to tailor your feed; your reactions, saved items and reports. Your reads are counted anonymously for creator statistics and pay. The app draws a random identifier specific to your phone: it is used to count each reader only once and to fight fraud, never for advertising, and it is deleted with your account. You can read without an account; your phone number or email is only needed for the Premium pass and to become a creator. Your data is never sold or shared for advertising, and it is kept as long as your account exists.
Privacy
Nothing you view is visible to other users: Etudesk has no public profile and no comments. Your saved items belong to you. Your questions to the Etudesk analyst are processed by an artificial intelligence provider to produce the answer; they are not used to train its models and stay in your history, which you can clear. You can delete your account at any time from the settings: your personal data is then erased, except what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
Intellectual property
The Etudesk brand, logo, app and database belong to Etudesk SAS. Each piece of content belongs to the creator who published it; they grant Etudesk a licence to distribute it (app, Intelligence, API, translations, archives). You may freely share a link to it; any other reproduction requires its author's consent.
Liability
Each creator is the publisher of, and solely responsible for, the content they publish. Etudesk hosts and distributes it without replacing its authors; it enforces the community rules, reviews reports and promptly removes manifestly unlawful content, and cooperates with the authorities. Etudesk cannot be held liable for indirect damage arising from use of the service, nor for temporary unavailability.
Right of reply and removal
Anyone named in a piece of content can request a right of reply or the removal of unlawful content by writing to hello@etudesk.com. Etudesk forwards the request to the creator and publishes the reply within 24 hours in the same place; manifestly unlawful content is removed without delay.

These terms are governed by Ivorian law and, where they apply, the OHADA Uniform Acts.
